2016 Dry Rosé ($18)
Our Provence Style Dry Rosé is made with 66% Sangiovese and 34% Merlot from Tuolumne County. Crisp, dry, and with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, it is the perfect warm weather wine. Serve well chilled and pair with oysters on the half, refreshing seasonal salads, or grilled fish, chicken, or vegetables. Drink now through 2018.
2012 Sierra Foothill Zinfandel ($22)
Made with 90% Zinfandel from Calaveras County and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon off of our Napa Estate, this wine has an excellent fruit forward nose with a touch of spice and an abundance of dark berry notes. On the palate this Zinfandel offers a soft mouthfeel, balanced flavors of wild berry, clove, cinnamon, and vanilla. A lengthy finish with spice notes. Drink now through 2020.

2013 Sierra Foothills Petite Sirah ($22)
100% Petite Sirah from El Dorado County. A beautiful Foothill Petite Sirah as the vineyards sit above 2000 feet where day and night time temperatures vary dramatically allowing for the grapes to develop wonderful ripe fruit characteristics while maintaining a bright fresh fruit palate. Dark ruby in color with notes of plum, blackberry and sage; soft acidity and a rounded finish make this wine excellent for sipping or pairing with your favorite grilled meats. Drink now through 2023.

2013 Napa Valley Blue Label Cabernet Sauvignon ($36)
Similar to our other Napa Valley Cabs made from estate fruit with the exception that this Blue Label series Cabernet Sauvignon has seen less bottle aging before release. Youthful with bright fruit and firm tannins this Cab offers flavors of cassis, dark cherry, and butterscotch. The finish is lengthy as flavor continues to burst in your mouth long after a sip. Try this Cab with steak, lamb, grilled chicken or bar-b-qued ribs. Drink now or hold for several years.
